On 17 September 2022, BMSS Bangladesh organized a blood donation program as a part of our collaboration with India’s Mega Blood Donation Drive campaign by the Akhil Bhartiya Yuvak Parishad backed up by the Indian Government. This initiative is being organized to create a Guinness World Record for the most blood donations made in a day!
The blood donation campaign took place in the Bangladesh Thalassemia hospital today from 3 PM – 6 PM. BMSS Bangladesh extends its kind gratitude to Bloodman for all the support and warm collaboration in this outstanding initiative.
BMSS is proud of our brave members who donated blood today. All the blood donors will get a certificate with the Guinness World Records logo on it!
This is the first activity by BMSS Bangladesh in the term 2022-23. We thank everyone who has worked hard to make this initiative successful. As the quote from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. goes, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others?” – through every step BMSS will continue to impact lives to live up to our motto Famulus Clementia’ meaning ‘serving humanity’.
